Individual consultations in Medical Centres
An individual dietitian consultation involves assessing the nutritional adequacy of the client’s diet. Our dietitians determine the nutritional needs of the client based on their clinical and medical conditions. Our dietitians provide evidence based dietary advice, meal plans and education to clients and accompanying family members during the consultation. The dietitians liaise with the client’s general practitioner, nursing, pharmacy and other allied health to ensure a quality team healthcare. Our clients are supported with regular follow up to promote compliance and monitor progress.
Our dietitians believe that eating a healthy balanced diet, and undertaking regular physical activity, will help patients maintain a healthy weight, and may also contribute to the prevention and treatment of lifestyle diseases
Group education & Presentations in Community Venues and Aged Care Facilities
Nutrition Care Services provide group education and presentations to other health professionals, corporate & not for profit organisations. Our team can provide in services to staff in nursing homes, education to members of the public about diet and chronic disease and health coaching to corporations’ employees. Individual Consultations in Aged Care Facilities
Our dietitians have experience in providing tailored nutrition intervention to residents in nursing homes. The dietitians are skilled in the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal disorders as well as enteral feeding in nursing homes.

Menu Reviews
Nutrition Care Services have research dietitians who are able to analyse facility menus against the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating and Nutritional Reference Values for the elderly population. Our assessments are accompanied by details reports with a nutritional breakdown of existing menus as well as special recommendations for improvement tailored to your facility.
Menu Design
Our dietitians are able to design menus to meet the nutritional and hydration needs for clients by ensuring sufficient portions of foods from each core food group as well as promoting variety, visual appeal and meal enjoyment. Nutrient and food texture variations can be made for specific health conditions.

Individual Consultations in the Client’s Home
Nutrition Care Services provide dietary consultancy in the home environment for specific clients in need. A home visit individual consultation involves:
- Assessing the nutritional adequacy of the client’s diet
- Determining the nutritional needs of the client based on their clinical and medical conditions
- Conducting routine body composition analyses and malnutrition screening and assessments
- Providing dietary advice, meal plans and education to clients and/or their carers
- Selecting appropriate nutritional supplements and arranging registrations
- Liaising with client’s general practitioner, nursing, pharmacy and other allied health involved in their care
- Providing regular follow up to promote compliance and monitor progress
- Facilitate referrals to other health services as necessary

Individual Consultations and Group Sessions for Sporting Teams
Our Accredited Sports Dietitian is qualified and has experience working with individual athletes for strengthening and conditioning across a range of sports including soccer, wheelchair rugby league, cycling and netball- providing them with individual consultations, appropriate meal plans, education on self-monitoring as well as advising on safe supplement use where appropriate.
Our sports dietitian is also a Level 1 ISAK Anthropometrist and therefore is able to measure, record, and analyse anthropometric measurements by monitoring weight, skin folds and girths.
